GENERAL

Join us for the ultimate party holiday! You will be immersed in 3 days and nights of music events held in epic venues across Tenerife's Southwest Coast. 3 nights accommodation comes included in our packages and add-on events will also be available to enhance your experience! 

We're bringing the party to Tenerife!

The venues and accommodation will be located in the southwest of Tenerife, the party capital of the Canaries!

Things kick off on Friday 4th October and will run until Sunday 6th October, 

We advise arriving a day early, you can book up to 7 nights of accommodations in the packages, with 3 nights from the 4th-7th October already included.

Everyone in the group must be 18+ 

We recommend flying into Tenerife South Airport, it's the closest airport and has a number of direct flights from the UK and Europe.  

Our packages give you a 3 day party pass for all main events + accommodation! 

The package price is for a three-night stay, but if you're up for extending the good times, additional nights are available to book at an extra charge per night. 

Just a heads up: flights and transfers, aren't in the mix, so you will need to book these independently.

We will be offering a limited number of tickets for the event without the accommodation package. This option allows attendees the flexibility to arrange their own accommodations, we understand that some attendees may prefer to handle their accommodation independently. 

You can purchase up to 6 tickets only per booking. 

We recommend  securing your event tickets before making separate accommodation arrangements to ensure you don't miss out.

Accommodation

Accommodation options are tied to the package you choose: Bronze, Silver, or Gold. These tiers correspond to the hotels' star ratings. 

Accommodation Packages are the best value way to book! 

Bronze: Minimum 2-3 star hotel

Silver: Minimum 3-4 star hotels

Gold: Minimum 4-star hotels

All our selected hotels are positioned along the southwest coast, aligning with the event venues. From Los Gigantes to Golf del Sur, your accommodation will be within reach of all the action. 

You'll receive details about your allocated hotel no later than 8 weeks before your experience begins.

If you opt for a 2, 3, or 4 person package, you'll be rooming with your chosen group. 

You'll receive details about your allocated hotel on Friday 23rd August. 

For those who booked a package in August, your accommodation info will be sent by the 17th September.

The best way to secure extra nights is at the time of booking - You can book up to 2 extra nights on either side of our weekend for a total of 7 nights.

You can also add nights down the line by emailing us; although we can’t guarantee, there will be space.   

*Additional nights requests are no longer possible. We advise that you reach out to the hotel directly.

Rooms within the same booking are assigned to the same hotel. If you and your friends book separately but wish to stay in the same hotel, drop us your booking references before the 2nd April 2024.  Just make sure you all booked  the same hotel tier  and we'll try our best to make it happen, but no guarantees.

Some hotels may request a pre-authorisation or refundable breakage deposit upon check-in.

Room modifications after check-in are not possible. For any issues that might arise once checked in, please contact the hotel front desk.

Once you have been allocated your hotel we will provide more details on this, but check-in typically begins at 15:00, with check-out by 11:00. Ask at the hotel front desk for full details on check-out procedure. 

If you booked a 4 person package, your accommodation information email might say "2 guests" - please note that although this states 2 guests, as a 4 person package you will have 2 rooms ready to accommodate all 4 guests on your booking. 


Making a booking

There will be various ways to pay for your booking:

  1. Deposit Plan - You can pay a 35% deposit upfront, and the remainder will then be paid 90 days before travel. 
  2. Split Monthly Payment Plan - You can pay a low deposit of £99 upfront with the remainder of your balance split into monthly payments, with final payments due in July, exact date depends on the day you book, the schedule  will be agreed to at the time of booking 
  3. Pay In Full - You can pay in full at the time of booking.

You will be able to pay by Debit/Credit Card, Apple & Google Pay, Klarna, or Instant bank transfer. 

Our packages cater to groups of 1 to 4 people. 

Take advantage of the best deals by booking 2, 3  or 4 person packages, where you share a room with your friends. 

For larger groups beyond 4 people, separate bookings are necessary, as our packages accommodate up to 4 individuals per booking. 

For Ticket only, a maximum of 6 tickets per account will be validated. 

The lead booker takes the lead! This person is the one who makes the booking for the entire group, handling everything from creating the account to making the payment. 

Payments can't be split amongst the group. Check out the payment options mentioned above for more details.

Heads up, lead bookers! Round up the funds from your crew before diving into the booking journey. It's the most hassle-free way to make sure everyone's in sync and ready to go!

Yes, a 12% booking fee is applied to the price. All fees will be clearly displayed to you at check-out. 


SPECIAL ASSISTANCE & ACCESSIBILITY

While not a specialised disabled experience provider, accommodations are made when possible. Contact us before booking to discuss specific needs and we will be happy to make you a bespoke booking if require. 


SHUTTLES

The shuttles will be running to Hard Rock on Saturday 5th October and Xanadu on the Sunday 6th october, only. 

They will be running between 4 designated stops, located around our packaged hotels in Adeje, Americas, and Christianos , Golf del Sur to each venue as shuttle busses. With a separate shuttle operating from Los Gigantes.

It will operate as a shuttle, with services going to and from a pick up location/ the venue.

As many times as you want during operating hours!

Saturday 5th October. Hard Rock. Shuttle service between 11:30 and 21:00

Sunday 6th October. Xanadu. 17:00 and 04:00.

The shuttles will be running every 10-15mins during peak times.

There may be times you will have to wait for the next bus, but this could be faster than waiting for a cab. There are not enough taxis in the area to service 4000+ people leaving a venue at the same time.

The stops are in central areas of Costa Adeje, Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Golf Del Sur and Los Gigantes The stops will be near our package accommodation.

No, our shuttles will not be running 24/7 across the island. 

Yes, we will send an info pack with more shuttle information nearer the time.

ADD-ONS & EXTRAS

If you are unable to purchase any of our add-ons this is because they are sold out. 

They are first-come, first-served basis, based on successful payment.

You can purchase an unlimited amount of tickets across all add-on options

We recommend booking the add-ons with the same Lead Booker details that you booked your tickets and packages with. 

Yes, tables will be available at Xanadu and Amphitheater venues. They will be sold on the day, as first come first serve from guest services at each venue.

Cabanas and day beds will also be available at Hard Rock Pool Party.

Travel

We recommend flying into Tenerife South Airport (TFS).

Flights, and airport transfers, aren't in the mix, so you will need to book these independently.

Airport transfers aren't included. But there are transport options available to suit everyone. 

Public Transport - You can jump on a bus operated by TITSA, the island's public transportation company. 

Ride-sharing apps - such as Uber, Bolt, Cabify, although these are all relatively new to Tenerife so you might find it easier and cheaper to get a Taxi. 

Taxis - you'll find a designated taxi rank outside the terminal building where you can easily catch a taxi. The taxi service at TFS operates 24/7, so regardless of your arrival time, you should be able to find a taxi available.

Transport to some events with shuttle buses will be provided for your convenience. Stay tuned for details on available shuttle services coming soon! Keep an eye out for updates.
